Why can users external to Lionbridge not sign in to the Connector Support Zendesk portal?

In order to be compliant with Lionbridge security requirements we have deployed two factor authentication in order for a user to sign into the Zendesk portal for Connector Support: https://lionbridge-connectors.zendesk.com/ 

At this time the application required to allow 2FA is only available for Lionbridge employees. 

We hope to enable 2FA for external Lionbridge users during 2025.
